How to create a Kanban Board?

Our favorite way to use Kanban boards is to track engagement of program members. That way you can visually see who is engaged, disengaged, who’s a superstar etc.. and email the ones who need a little bit of encouragement and support (the disengaged ones, or you can call it however you want).

Whenever you create a new program, a new kanban board will automatically be created.

However if you need another board that’s not connected to the program, here’s how you create one:

  1. In your Dashboard go to “Kanban Boards” under Clients and management.

2.Once on the page, click on “Create new board” button.

3.Give your Kanban board a Name and hit Save

4.Now you get to create your pipeline and add different columns based on your needs

5.Edit the name of the column and change color I the column by clicking on the 3 dots

6.To populate the board with clients, just click on the , search by the name and click to add them to the column.
