Here at Upcoach, we’ve designed for you to be notified according to your needs. Here is how you can easily manage your notifications

1. Click on the Admin button on the upper right of the portal:

2. Under Clients & Management, click Notifications:

3. This will take you to the Client Notifications, where you’ll have the option to simply toggle which notifications you want to be enabled:

That way, you have the option to select which notifications you will be receiving from upcoach.

Here is what you and your clients can get notified about:

  • New mention in Forum Post or Comment

  • New Comment on followed Post in Forum

  • New Forum post inside Program

  • Daily email reminder for pending tasks

  • Daily email summary of unread notifications

  • Weekly email summary of unread notifications

  • New event scheduled in Program

  • Event updated in Program

  • Client is added to a new Program

  • Client is assigned Topic or Project inside Agenda

  • Post-meeting Feedback request

  • Task is assigned to a user
